When clients enter crazy extreme races for fun !!! May not have been in the dessert in the USA as planned due to covid . Massive shout out to these guys competing with athletes from 40 other countries to see who can run the farthest in 31hrs &15mins

Great video explaining facia and how it works.. how stress affects facia and thickens causing pain. So exercise/movement and massage helps allowing the facia to slide more easily giving more range of movement and less pain . Due to all this research pain and healing can begin. Still such an unknown area still being researched.finding new things all the time .. the human body is amazing .
