✔️ 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
✔️ Hours: 7:45 am – 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
▪️Welcoming and assisting patients
▪️Managing phone calls and appointments
▪️Processing billing and payments
▪️Supporting doctors and nurses with admin tasks
▪️Ensuring confidentiality and a welcoming environment.

About You:
▪️Previous experience in medical reception or administration (preferred but not essential)
▪️Strong communication and customer service skills
▪️Ability to multitask in a busy environment
▪️Confident with computers and organisation.
