This is a permanent opportunity, ideal for a nurse who enjoys working in a team-focused general practice environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing clinical support to GPs and the healthcare team
• Delivering patient care, including:
• Observations
• Immunisations
• Wound care
• Chronic disease management
• Assisting with care plans and health assessments
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Infection control and clinical stock management

Essential Criteria
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Previous experience in General Practice (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centred care
