Picked up my new car today. In love.

Last week, my son got hit by another car. Yes, he is fine. Today I have to say goodbye to my Mazda. She served me for 10 years with no issue. She has been declared a total loss. Needless to say, I will be getting another Mazda.

Testing time. Today is an ultrasound on my liver, pancreas, stomach, and gallbladder to see if these are the root cause of my health issues. Keeping myself onto if my health after looking after everyone else and not myself.

On the back of illness and emergency room stays, I am back slowly but surely, instead of instructing today I'm participating, because reformer is a great way to get back into fitness. I still have tests and things to get through to pinpoint what is happening, but......IM BACK BABY, RISING UP AND GLOWING AND RESETING MY VITALITY. I will keep you informed of my health journey as it plays out.
