Voting Opens 18th of May ❤️
Last year we stood on that stage as winners… and honestly, it still gives me goosebumps.
Not because of a trophy.
But because it represented our community.
Every early morning.
Every sweaty session.
Every hard conversation.
Every woman who walked through the doors scared… and walked out stronger.
We won last year because of YOU.
This gym isn’t just a business to me. It’s families training together. It’s mums choosing themselves again. It’s kids building confidence. It’s friendships that didn’t exist 12 months ago.

Hi everyone, I’m Kylie. I currently work as a manager at Big W, and I take a lot of pride in being part of a team, leading others, and helping people grow and succeed.

Outside of work, bodybuilding is a huge part of my life. Competing has become more than just training for me—it’s about pushing my limits, building confidence, and proving to myself what I’m capable of. As a mum of five and a grandmother to one, life is definitely busy, but I’ve learned that with commitment, passion, and consistency, you can achieve things you once thought were impossible.

I also want to acknowledge my coach, Ash, who has played such a big role in shaping me into the competitor I am today. She’s pushed me, believed in me, and helped me grow both physically and mentally. The support and guidance I’ve received has truly been life-changing, and I’m so grateful for it.

What makes this even more special is that we’ll now be working together as personal trainers at ANPT. I’m really excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to meet you all and be part of your journey too. 🫶

💚 ANPT Family 💚
This Hyrox Brisbane means more to me than just a race.
When I was 12 years old, I was hospitalised with severe weight loss and stomach ulcers caused by stress. From there, I went on to battle anxiety and depression through my teenage years.
Fitness became my outlet. It wasn’t about how I looked — it was about survival. It was about building strength mentally when I felt weak internally. Training gave me control, discipline, confidence and a way to channel everything I was feeling. It quite literally helped me fight my way back.
Since then, I’ve seen people around me struggle deeply with their mental health. I’ve seen the silent battles. I’ve felt the heartbreak. I’ve even lost people close to me to su***de.
Mental health is not just a conversation for me — it’s personal.
That’s why I’m taking on Hyrox Brisbane solo and raising money for mental health support. My goal is to raise $500 to help create awareness and support for those who need it.

“I can’t afford the gym right now…”
I get it. Life is expensive.
But here’s something to really think about 👇
If we don’t invest in our health now, we often end up paying for it later.
Later looks like: • Regular physio appointments for aches and injuries
• Chiropractic visits for ongoing pain
• Medications to manage health issues
• Weight loss drugs because nothing else feels sustainable
• Doctor visits for fatigue, hormones, and lifestyle-related issues
And those costs?
They add up FAST.
Hundreds… sometimes thousands… over time.
Whereas consistent training is one of the biggest forms of prevention you can give your body.
