Dear Patients,
Elizabeth street medical centre at 5 Mitchell will be closed as of 17/05/2024.
All the service will temporarily move to Acacia Ridge Medical Centre (across the road next to Terrywhite Pharmacy). Our new location at 641 Ipswich Road, Annerley will open on 03/06/2024.
