Eligible entrants:
Competition is open to all Australian residents, 13 years and above. Lucas family members and relatives as well as employees of Lucas’ Papaw Remedies are welcome to enter but are ineligible to win. Details of prizes:
The best entry/entries as determined by the judges will be deemed the prize winner(s) and will win a post-natal prize pack (each) to the RRP value of $200.00. Total number of prizes: 2

Total prize value: Total prize pool (inc GST): $400.00

To enter, complete these 3 steps:

2. Tell us a brief story of when you’ve used Lucas’ Papaw Ointment on your bub
3. Share our competition post

Entries will be reviewed by a Judging panel and will be determined based on the best and/or most creative and/or most detailed answer to their experience with the product. Maximum number of entries:
Multiple entries may be made and will be considered as part of the judging process but only 1 entry per person will be eligible to win a prize. Prize draw:
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The judging will be performed by a judge/panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The prize draw will begin 10:30 AM AEST on 8th November 2022

Notification of winners:
Winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram messenger (platform dependent upon where the entry was received) on 9th November 2022. Public announcement of winners:
Winners will be announced on the Lucas’ Papaw Remedies official Facebook and Instagram accounts with a post published on 9th November 2022.

Our Process Rooms

1970’s - This is the first video we have of our process room. Shot from inside “The Little Brown Shed”. In video is 4th Generation Kevin Talbot.

1998 - Our first purpose built process vessel that blends all our ingredients. It would take 8 hours to make 130kg of Ointment and we would work around the clock.

2011 - Inside our “White Room” facility built following strict Therapeutic build guidelines.

2020 - We upgraded our “White Room” to keep up with the growing demand for Lucas’ Papaw Ointment.

FACT: There are 5 stages in making our ointment and each stage cannot progress until we have specific quality tests back.

1910 - “The Vera Hospital” A Queenslander in New Farm, Brisbane where Surgeon Dr. T.P Lucas lived and worked

1950 - “The Little Brown Shed” in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane built next to our Papaw farm.

1988 - Our first purpose built facility, designed and built by Kevin Talbot (4th Generation) located 50m from the Little Brown Shed.

2011 - We expanded our facility but still remain on the same site as the Little Brown Shed.
