Am pumped to present to class tomorrow our first real piece to test our teaching skills… just 8 slides created on the PowerPoint and the Assessment finished ready to hand in, I’m first up tomorrow and can’t wait!

Up-skilling has always been my thang and learning to teach my passion that is Massage is flipping awesome ☺️

Wondering what Motherhood has in store for her, my best friend Lauren had her first baby girl 😍

What an absolute blessing and I remember the exact feeling of nerves, excitement, anticipation and wonder at what was to come…

Pregnancy can be so extremely tough, on the body AND mind as we are forced to slow down, change our pace and priorities…

I for one had to lie down nearly the entire time after training twice a day as a personal trainer! It was a shock to my mind not to be able to deal with stress by exercising on top of feeling so nauseous.

I couldn’t sleep 😴
My hips hurt 😔
Back ached 😖
As my body widened and ribs moved upwards to make room.

THAT’S WHERE MASSAGE HELPED

Talking through anxieties as well as having my pain eased away was key to my wellbeing through pregnancy 🤰 and post partum 🤱 (esp if you’re lucky enough to breastfeed).
