POV: You’re an aerialist in the gym… think hanging from anything you can, splits everywhere, and being upside down 🤸🏻‍♀️💖🙌

While this is great, cross training with strength training can be great for:
- Injury prevention,
- Improving strength and endurance on your aerial apparatus or pole,
- Improving mobility,
- Improving skill acquisition,
- and much more!

If you’re an aerialist or pole dancer and don’t know where to start in the gym, book in a session with our Exercise Physiologist Queenie! This will involve an initial consult before progressing to an exercise-based program, either to complete at home or at the gym.
