Hanging is simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.🐒

It builds grip strength, exposes the shoulders to controlled overhead load, and for many people can feel relieving through the upper body.

You don’t need long holds to start. Even 10–20 seconds with good control is enough to begin building capacity.

Like any movement, it’s about starting at the right level and progressing gradually.
