After such a busy year, we want to ensure our team gets some well-deserved time with their families and friends. This year, we've encouraged most of our staff to take a break, so we'll be operating with on-call skeleton staff only during the closure period.

From Christmas Eve (December 24th) our on-call phone will be monitored for urgent matters relating to your support shifts or plan during this time.

Before booking any supports, make sure you know your plan type — self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed.

Your plan type affects how you pay for services and which providers you can use.

If you’re unsure, ask your Support Coordinator — that’s what we’re here for!

Larnie is passionate about helping participants navigate the NDIS with confidence and ease. She works closely with participants to understand their goals, connect them with the right services, and ensure they’re getting the support they need to live their best life.

From coordinating funding and services to providing guidance and advocacy, Larnie is there every step of the way. Her goal is simple: to make the NDIS less overwhelming and more empowering for every participant.

Now, Larnie is a Collingwood supporter, but we do still love her and she brings the same dedication and care to her work as she does to supporting her team to another Premiership within 2 years.
