A passion for supporting, and the commitment to the rights of, people with disability
• Demonstrated capacity to work with integrity and honesty
• The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying the communication style depending on individual needs.
• A professional approach with high organisational and time management skills.
• Commitment to ongoing self-learning, self-development and upskilling.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services or substantial demonstrated experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Working with Children Check.
• Current Police Clearance.
• Current C Class driver’s licence.
• Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Knowledge of, and ability to implement the NDIS standards.
• Knowledge of WHS principles.
