Inclusion Management is seeking passionate and qualified support workers to join our team.

Applicants must have:
- Certificate III in Disability (or currently studying) or equivalent
- First Aid certification
- Manual handling skills
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check
- Police check
- Medication administration training
- Completed NDIS worker modules

We’re a South Australian, family-owned organisation built on passion, purpose, and person-centred support. Since 2019, we’ve been empowering people with disabilities to take the lead in their care- with our highly skilled team right beside them.

One of our amazing participants, Timmy, has been cooking up a storm lately — and we couldn’t be prouder! With the help of his supportive crew (aka his assistant chefs 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳), Timmy is exploring his passion for food, trying new recipes, and building confidence in the kitchen.

July marks Disability Pride Month — a time to celebrate people with disability, promote awareness, and embrace self-acceptance across all forms of disability.

The Disability Pride flag tells a powerful story:

💛 Neurodiversity and developmental disabilities
