I have been a bit quiet on the socials because I’ve been working in a few different areas. I offer a range of support services, working with paediatrics and adults. I’ve always enjoyed helping others and improving someone’s quality of life, and I have found a passion working within the disability sector. My scope of practice ranges from practical engagement, independence, daily living skills, and mentoring, to supporting on a nutritional foundational level; assisting in fussy and specific eating, food desensitisation, and family education. I’m also working with my herbs; for a range of different conditions, including skin health, gut health, reproductive and mental health. Message me for more details regarding my current offerings.

Improving your child’s bedtime routine for better sleep:
-Essential oil diffuser: consider lavender oil
-Avoid food 2hrs before bed, and reduce liquids in the last 4 hours before bedtime to prevent night-time urination
-Limit screen time 1hr before bed as research suggests light exposure at night (e.g. TV screens, Smart Phones etc.) disturbs circadian rhythm, negatively affecting sleep quality. These devices emit blue light, which interferes with the natural rise of melatonin in the evening, while also stimulating brain activity
-Ensure bed room is a calming environment: dim lights prior to bed, regulate temperature of surroundings, avoid stimulating music and visual exposure
-Morning sunlight exposure to regulate circadian rhythm
