The Loft Collaborative A welcoming space that provides a holistic and conscious approach to movement. TLC is a small sunlit studio with timber floors and no mirrors.

We offer a variety of Mat Pilates & Yoga classes, as well as small group training, recovery and mindfulness sessions, with classes suited for men, women and non-binary of all ages. With a maximum of 8-12 humans per class, we can ensure that you will be given the attention you deserve. We are one of the only small studios in Adelaide offering Mat Pilates and over 5 different styles of classes.

Vinyasa for with ✨

This month, Mara is hosting a special class to support vital cancer research through the Harry Perkins Institute. Her brother is riding 200km this October as part of the MACA Cancer 200, and this class is one way we can rally behind them and the cause.

“Cancer has touched my life personally - I lost my mum to breast cancer in 2016 and my auntie last year.

This October, my brother will ride 200km in the MACA Cancer 200 to raise funds for the Harry Perkins Institute. Their research is focused on improving how cancer is detected and treated, helping to change outcomes for patients and their families.

This class is for those we’ve lost, for those currently navigating treatment, and for the generations to come. Every breath, every movement, is offered in their honour.”

You’re invited to donate what you can - 100% of proceeds will be donated directly to the Perkins Institute.

Welcoming Mara, to the TLC team ✨

Mara is an ISHTA-trained yoga teacher who creates a welcoming space for growth, connection, and transformation. ISHTA - short for the Integrated Science of Hatha, Ta**ra, and Ayurveda is a practice that meets you where you are.

✨ Hatha is the physical practice, balancing and strengthening the body while preparing it for higher levels of consciousness (yes, bliss!).
✨ Ta**ra is the philosophy that sees the perfection in all beings.
✨ Ayurveda is the ancient science of healing that promotes long-lasting health.

ISHTA itself means “that which resonates with the individual spirit,” and Mara’s teaching is all about personalising the practice to suit you.

Mara is also trained in Yoga Nidra, guiding you into deep relaxation and inner calm, and is currently diving into the world of kirtan, learning to play the harmonium and explore the power of sound. Her classes blend intention, playfulness, and respect for yoga’s traditions, helping you honour your body, breathe deeply, and have fun on the mat. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, Mara’s classes are designed to support you where you are, creating space for strength, balance, and calm. Her goal is to help you feel empowered, connected, and ready to bring the best version of yourself into your everyday life.

We’re so excited to kick off a new tradition - monthly TLC catch-ups, hosted by our incredible community leaders.

Join us on the second Sunday of each month at 12pm, right after Slow Flow, at Summertown Studio. It’s the perfect chance to slow down, grab a coffee, and connect with fellow TLC members in a more casual, off-the-mat way.

Whether you’ve been coming to the Loft for years or just joined recently, you’re warmly invited. These catch-ups are all about building real community, sharing stories, and getting to know the familiar faces you flow beside.

The first one is tomorrow 10th August - come for the movement, stay for the connection.

Our next 8 week strength block starts TOMORROW!

We’re kicking off a fresh 8-week block and we want you in from Week 1 - because we’re testing this week and setting a base level to build from.

This round is all about: 3 key lifts
3 classes a week
Steady progress you can feel

Class breakdown:
Tuesdays + Thursdays: upper & lower body (alternating fortnightly) Saturdays: full body with a spicy cardio finish

Worried about running or intensity? Don’t be.
We always offer alternates, and if you’re new or easing back in, we’ve got you.

Injuries or needing more tailored options? That’s what we’re here for, and it’s one of the perks of small group classes.

To get the most out of it, try committing to 1–3 classes each week. The momentum feels so good once it kicks in.
Hot tip: Book your spot now (recurring is best!). Future you will be proud.

Doing the Winter Wake-Up Challenge too? This block is the perfect match. And if you haven’t signed up yet, it’s not too late! Even if:
→ You’re starting late
→ You’re away for a week
