Our next 8 week strength block starts TOMORROW!
We’re kicking off a fresh 8-week block and we want you in from Week 1 - because we’re testing this week and setting a base level to build from.
This round is all about: 3 key lifts
3 classes a week
Steady progress you can feel
Class breakdown:
Tuesdays + Thursdays: upper & lower body (alternating fortnightly) Saturdays: full body with a spicy cardio finish
Worried about running or intensity? Don’t be.
We always offer alternates, and if you’re new or easing back in, we’ve got you.
Injuries or needing more tailored options? That’s what we’re here for, and it’s one of the perks of small group classes.
To get the most out of it, try committing to 1–3 classes each week. The momentum feels so good once it kicks in.
