A story of an abundant life, full of love, of joy, of peace, of creativity and a very calm and rested nervous system ✨

When I look at the sky, I think of what will become of my life here on Earth. I talk to God, I feel Pachamama 🌿

I thank them for lighting up the path before me, I thank them for reminding me that no matter what I am so incredibly supported and they show me just how amazing life gets to be ✨

I think about the depth of Mother Earth and how she heals us. The sun for his warmth, the moon for her mystery. We are constantly surrounded by beauty, by love, by abundance. We are forever supported on our journey 💖

It may not be the road well travelled or the path that is easy. There may be many heartbreaks, tears and pain, grief to feel many, many times and yet here we are, thanking the unseen realms with gratitude and a depth of love that is unshakable 💫

Let's talk about some truth bombs this morning. This happens more often than we realise!

Ever felt like someone was in your energetic field, sitting with the same teachers, joining the same programs, using the same venues,
but never once acknowledging you, supporting you, or creating conversation around this?

Energetic Siphoning;

It’s when someone unconsciously (or consciously) draws from your ideas, your creations, your connections, and even your frequency… without honouring the source.

This is not about “ownership” over modalities or spaces—none of us own the medicine. But there is a deep, unseen energetic exchange when we are inspired by someone else. In its highest form, it’s met with respect, gratitude, and reciprocity.

When that respect isn’t there, what’s left is shadow.
Shadow that comes from feeling inadequate.
Shadow that fears standing fully in one’s own essence.
Shadow that believes the only way to grow is to mirror someone else’s path.

My Dad ✨ My Mum ✨ My beautiful Niece Lenni ✨ My uncle, Papa, Grandad, Cousin, Aunty, Friends, Nanna.....

I look at who we have had and who we have lost, who are no longer walking in this plane. My youngest son said last night
"Sometimes I wish I could die just so I can meet all of the family I missed out on meeting, especially my cousin Lenni 💔😭
I wasn't shocked by this, I understood where he was coming from 🥺

Losing my dad just before Christmas… changed us 💔
Losing my Mum so suddenly was like a volcano eruption 💔

To watch someone so strong slowly fade… to be by his side in those final moments… to feel the veil thinning and know the angels and our loved ones were gathering… it’s something so incredibly heartbreaking and also so beautiful. To see him return to his purest form, love.

He didn’t want us in the room when he passed. And I honour that. We said our goodbyes, and hours later, he was gone. Just like that. And yet… never really gone.

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. It isn’t linear. It lives in waves—unexpected, fierce, sometimes soft like a whisper, sometimes crashing like a storm.

You learn to carry it. You find ways to live with the absence. But the missing? It never leaves.

And maybe we’re not meant to “get over” the ones we love. Maybe we’re meant to remember them in the wind, in the music, in the quiet moments where time pauses and you swear you can feel them beside you.

So if you're grieving too, know this: You’re not alone. And you don’t have to be “over it.” Let the love live on in you. Let the memories wrap around you like a warm blanket. Let yourself feel it all.

Because grief is just love with nowhere to go......

To all our loved ones in heaven, under God's love now, in peace, in harmony, in love. We miss you, and our memories will be forever etched into our hearts ❣️

Last Friday night I had the absolute honour and pleasure to sit with one of my beautiful teachers and all round incredible woman, Tess from

This was an invitation, a permission slip as Tess called it, to go there, let it all burn to the ground, allow ourselves to connect deeply with our bodies, our innate wisdom, to allow the walls to dissolve.

My goodness me! Did I go there? Yes, absolutely I did. The pain I have been carrying around, within my body and heart 💔 The loss of my Dad, a seperation and calling in a new home within 6 months has stretched, pulled and torn me apart at times. It has also kept me yearning for more softness, more freedom, more time for me to heal.
