This was an invitation, a permission slip as Tess called it, to go there, let it all burn to the ground, allow ourselves to connect deeply with our bodies, our innate wisdom, to allow the walls to dissolve.
My goodness me! Did I go there? Yes, absolutely I did. The pain I have been carrying around, within my body and heart 💔 The loss of my Dad, a seperation and calling in a new home within 6 months has stretched, pulled and torn me apart at times. It has also kept me yearning for more softness, more freedom, more time for me to heal.
I felt SO incredibly supported in this space and it ignited that passion within me again. The one where I know my power, I own it with courage and rawness. Tess opened the door and this is why I LOVE what I do!
