RESPITE CARE

Zenith Vital Care provides Specialised Residential respite care (short-term accommodation) to people with disabilities or older Australians. Respite residents have care around the clock in specialist disability accommodation for a short period of time.

While staying in our respite care facilities, residents will enjoy freshly cooked meals and live in a small residential home either privately or living alongside another respite resident.

Zenith Vital Care provides a highly personalised service and assist our residents to feel at home and comfortable within our facilities. Our staff are ready and available to assist residents in attending community services of their choice, medical appointments and provide transport and assistance wherever required.

COMMUNITY SUPPORTS AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Zenith Vital care provides support for people with disabilities to enjoy recreational activities of their choice in the community. In addition, we provide specialised transportation services enabling our participants to stay active within the community.

SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING

Zenith Vital Care provides supported independent living services to assist individuals to live in their own home and be as independent as possible. We recognise that each participant requires their own tailored support schedule to meet their own needs and goals. As such we deliver high quality home and community supports which can range from the provision of complex care to supporting those who require only a little assistance.

Our experienced staff support participants with in-home daily activities such as meal planning, cooking, washing and gardening. Participants can also be supported in their pursuit of individual interests, developmental skill building and in their participation in the wider community.

Services are provided to a participant in their home (regardless of property ownership) to support a better life and increased independence and can be in a shared or individual arrangement.
