Auslan Linguistics Research

Want to be involved in Auslan research? We’re interested in how Deaf Auslan
users process linguistic information

Who? Deaf Auslan users over age 18. No intellectual disability or neurodevelopmental disorder. Normal-to-corrected vision, no disorder impacting voluntary eye movement.

What? Analyse your eye movements and visual focus when viewing images of a 3-character scene paired with a video of Auslan depictions of the scene

Why? Gain a deeper understanding of how Auslan is processed. Bring Auslan into neurolinguistic research, platform the language on a global scale
