Choosing the right provider can be extremely daunting!

To help reduce this feeling, we recommend asking these four questions when considering a new provider:

* What experience do you have supporting people with similar goals?

* How will you tailor your services to meet my needs?

* How do you communicate my progress and how do you involve me in decision making?

* What happens if my needs or goals change?

Answers to these questions can take away that initial feeling of being unsure, and leave you walking away feeling confident and informed 💛
