We are are currently preparing a new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan.

This will guide SAPOL over the next four years to help improve the accessibility of our services and facilities for people with disability.

Whether you are:
➡️ Someone with lived experience of disability;
➡️ A family member of someone with disability;
➡️ A carer of someone with disability;
➡️ A service provider, supporter or an advocate for someone with disability; or
➡️ Someone from the wider South Australian community with an interest in the topic.

We would like to hear about your stories and lived experience.

Big News for South Australia!
From 1 November 2025, the Australian Government’s new national program — Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) — will launch in Adelaide.

In South Australia, ProActiv People is proud to lead the delivery of IEA’s autism specific employment program, in partnership with Autism SA.

What makes this launch exciting?
• ProActiv People brings expertise in employment support and workforce engagement.
• Autism SA ensures autistic jobseekers and their families access services designed by a team that understands autism and champions neuro-inclusion.

Together, we’ll connect jobseekers with employers, build inclusive workplaces, and support families along the way. By combining ProActiv People’s employment expertise with Autism SA’s 60 years of advocacy, we’re creating real, lasting change.

This is the beginning of a new era for disability and autism employment in South Australia.
