Hello and welcome to Turning Point Support! 👋
At Turning Point Support, we provide Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, and Recovery Coaching to NDIS participants across South Australia. As a registered NDIS provider and a proudly local team, we’re passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
Turning Point Support was created after recognising a gap in the sector, where both participants and staff truly feel supported, valued, and prioritised. We believe that when people love what they do, the outcomes speak for themselves.
Our focus is simple: delivering quality support that empowers people to reach their goals and live the life they choose. With intentionally small caseloads, our team can stay responsive, build meaningful relationships, and provide tailored support to each participant.
We invest in our team through ongoing professional development to ensure we stay informed and adaptable within the ever-evolving NDIS landscape. Our team brings together qualifications and experience across Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, and Disability Support, with strong backgrounds in both the mental health and disability sectors.
We understand that the right match matters. That’s why we take care in connecting each participant with the Support Coordinator or Recovery Coach best suited to their individual needs, preferences, and goals.
With team members based across South Australia, we have strong local knowledge of services and supports in a range of areas. We also maintain a growing network of trusted providers, informed by real participant feedback.
We pride ourselves on being proactive, approachable, and genuinely person-centred. Our approach is about getting to know you, your goals, your needs, and what matters most; while working collaboratively to achieve meaningful outcomes and build confidence in navigating the NDIS.
Our role includes:
Explaining – breaking down NDIS plans in a clear and practical way, so participants understand their options and can make informed decisions.
Connecting – offering choice and linking participants with providers that align with their goals and preferences.
Empowering – building confidence and capacity so participants can take the lead in their supports and increase independence over time.
If you’d like to explore how our team can support you, a loved one, or a participant, we’d love to hear from you.
