Grab some post-it notes and jot down at least 3 things you are thankful for and stick them to your bathroom mirror. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Each night, after you’ve brushed your teeth - read them out loud and say “thank you, thank you, thank you”. 🙏 ​​​​​​​​

Perhaps keep adding new ones when you think of more things you’re thankful for. 💛

A shout out to friends at The Pear 🍐 for hosting and supporting this free yoga session as part of Mental Health Month.

For Mental Health Month 2021, our neighbour Liana is offering two FREE yoga sessions on Saturday morning October 9.

Join Liana for some much needed stretching and relaxation. Liana is a qualified yoga teacher that teaches vinyasa style flow filled with curiosity, humour and laughter.
