In roughly two hundred years, we have done what thousands of years of human life did not.
We have destabilised climate, poisoned oceans, stripped soil, and driven mass extinction.

This level of destruction is unprecedented.

At the same time, power has concentrated into systems that no longer protect the most vulnerable. We are witnessing moral fracture at the highest levels of leadership. Abuse, exploitation, and harm are not anomalies. They are symptoms of systems detached from care, accountability, and life itself.

Patriarchy was never just about men.
It is a system that removed relational and feminine intelligence from power.

Colonialism spread it.
Capitalism accelerated it.
Industrialisation scaled it beyond repair.

What is required now is not reform at the edges.
It is destabilisation at the root.

The restoration of matriarchal wisdom.
The return of feminine intelligence to leadership, culture, and consciousness.

If you are here at this time, you are not here by accident.
You are here because something in you remembers what life is meant to protect.

We are birthing a new world.
And the old cannot come with the new.

It is time for women to hold the line.
To step into our power with clarity, integrity, and courage.

What if our crisis isn’t human nature,
but a rupture in how we organise life?

For thousands of years, many societies lived in relative balance with land, kinship, and care.
Egalitarian. Matrifocal. Constrained by limits.

Then, in just two centuries, we destabilised climate, poisoned oceans, have wars and genocides ravaging the earth, and are destroying nature.

Thousands of years of balance.
A few centuries of extraction.

That contrast isn’t accidental, it’s not random.

This is when the feminine began to be extracted from our collective consciousness.

If you are speaking about feminine energy, feminine embodiment, the Sacred or Divine Feminine, let it be rooted in reverence.

I’m so tired of seeing the feminine distorted on social media just to help people sell offerings or make a brand for their page without the reverence, knowledge, or experience of what it means to be in service to the Feminine. Because this path is so much deeper than what we are often shown.

It is not a trend, not an aesthetic, not a marketing angle, or about becoming something you’re not. It is a remembering. A return. A coming home to yourself and to the truth of your womanhood.

She holds history. Blood memory. Temple wisdom. Ancestral rites. Mysteries that were lived, embodied, and protected through generations of women who understood her depth.

What we are witnessing now, so often, is a distortion. The Feminine flattened into something consumable. Something palatable. Something used to sell rather than to serve. When her depth is stripped of context, lineage, and reverence, her power is lost.

The Sacred Feminine was never meant to be performed.

She is meant to be lived.

Feminine embodiment has become very popular in recent years.
Movement, ritual, softness, sensuality, all spoken of often and shared widely.

As a mentor, dance teacher, and facilitator for many years, I feel called to gently name something important.

Embodiment is not something you do for an hour a week.
It is something you live.

Your practices hold power only when they are woven into the way you move through your days.

How do you meet life when no one is watching?
How do you feel yourself when you wake, when you walk, when you speak?
Do you notice when you slip into survival, and do you know how to return to love, to joy, to pleasure?

Do you call your energy back when it scatters?
Do you feel through your senses, the energy of the moment, the subtle messages of your body?
Do you listen to your intuition when it whispers, or do you move past it in the rush of thought and over-analysis?

These things matter.
The way you move through your everyday life matters.

Embodiment is not the aesthetic of femininity.
It is the devotion to presence.
It is the willingness to stay in the body, to feel honestly, to respond rather than override.

And this way of being asks for return.
Again and again.

Embodiment is not something you touch once a month and then carry as an identity.
It’s a practice you meet regularly, like breath, like prayer, like remembrance.

It’s where you come back to yourself, to break open, to soften, to feel.
To breathe when life tightens.
To cry when something needs to move.
To grieve what has been lost.
To celebrate what is alive.

This is not movement for the sake of being seen.
It’s not just pretty moves.

It’s a place you meet yourself honestly, over and over, until the body trusts you again.

When practice is held with reverence and awareness, it reshapes how you relate to yourself, to others, to the world.
It becomes a way of living, sensing, choosing.

And from that place, your movement is no longer something you perform.
It becomes something you are.

There is a quiet shift that happens when you stop waiting.
To know more. Learn more. Earn someone else’s permission to finally claim what’s already yours.
When you let yourself fully, truly own the vastness of your embodied wisdom.
The inner power that’s rooted into the earth.
That’s woven into your spirit, your essence, your own deep well of wisdom.
I’ve hired mentors and coaches.
I’ve done the courses, the workshops, the certifications.
I’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, studied the maps others have drawn.
But my true inner power?
The one that taps into something ancient, that guides and holds space for others to heal and transform?
That didn’t come from a coach or a course or a book.
That came from the wisdom that lives in my bones.
From the initiations forged in my soul.
From the endless death and rebirth cycles that cracked me wide open, left me shattered on the floor.
And somehow, I stitched myself back together.
Piece by piece.

This year, I felt the depth of my fire.
The one awakened when my body became a portal, when I birthed life and was birthed anew myself.
In the descent into my womb.
In my devotion to Her, the Great Mother, the womb of creation itself.
This year, I was a woman reborn.
And I have tasted her potency.
Now, I no longer downplay what I know in the depth of my being, I was put here to do.

I don’t say this because I have it all figured out, or know better than others.
I’m still learning.
The path keeps unfolding,
And I am forever a student in this life.
But I have touched a deeper layer within myself.
One I wasn’t sure I had permission to claim.
And now I’m done questioning whether I’m ready.
This work is potent.
And I am ready to be seen in the fullness of what I carry.
The more I lean into this work — womb awakening, feminine remembrance, sacred embodiment, ancestral reclamation — the more I realise it’s not something I do.
It’s something I am.

I am here in service to Her.
To you.
To my ancestors.
To this sacred path.
And I’m finally ready to walk it fully seen.

After the long slumber of winter, she begins to rise, gently, powerfully, in rhythm with the turning of the earth.

Rise & Bloom is a sacred spring circle for women ready to honour the changing season, both around them and deep within. Rooted in ritual, movement, and feminine remembrance, this gathering is a celebration of rebirth, reclamation, and the awakening of what is ready to rise.

Together, we come not just as women, but as sisters.As women returning to the ancient ways of gathering. We sit side by side, create beauty, witness one another, and remember that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

In this circle, we will:
🌸 Reclaim our bodies through sacred dance and somatic expression
🌸 Drop into presence with breathwork, meditation, and guided visualisation
🌸 Honour the Spring Equinox and the spirit of Ostara, the goddess of renewal and balance
🌸 Create flower crowns in ceremony, adorning ourselves as the blooming beings we were born to be

A Women's Circle to Rise, Rebirth, and Remember

This is a reintroduction,
A soft unfurling,
A sacred return.

I am still Coco, she has held my wildness, my expression, my fire.
But beneath her has always lived Karina.
The name whispered by my ancestors.
The name etched into my bones and written in the stars.
The name I now reclaim as the truest essence of who I am becoming.

Karina is the woman rising through me now.
The one who has walked through the fire of birth,
who has let motherhood dissolve everything she once knew,
Who has emerged more rooted, more reverent, more real.

I have lived many lives in this body, danced through cycles of death and rebirth, loss and remembering.
Like a serpent shedding her skin, I no longer fit inside the versions of myself I once clung to.

And from this fertile shedding, a new rhythm is rising.

Sacred Feminine Rhythms is a sanctuary of remembrance,
A space where the womb becomes oracle,
Where movement becomes medicine,
Where the feminine is not just honoured, but embodied and lived.

I am in a season of devotion.
A season of deep listening.
Of weaving all the threads of my journey into something fuller, wiser, more sacred.

Soon, I will begin new layers of study and training to deepen my service to the feminine.
To refine how I hold space, how I guide, how I initiate.
To honour the ancient lineages that move through me.
To offer you the most powerful, integrated version of this work I have ever held.
