Schedule of NECSA
• Launch & Audition Mar 2021 – August 2021
No restrictions on age，gender and industries, all the local businesses or future entrepreneurs who have the
enthusiasm to grow or startup business in Australia are welcome to join this competition.
A team of mentors will go through the first screen. Participants who made good business plans will have the opportunity to be on the shortlist.
• Announce the shortlist and open the Incubator September 2021 – November 2021
Participants who are on the shortlist will have access to a 3-month Incubation Package for free. In the Incubation Package, they have rights to use the office, meeting room, and other facilities. In addition, mentors from diverse industries who have led successful businesses will share their knowledge, guide and challenge participants to explore their business’s full potential.
Through mentor topics such as business modeling, business planning, finance, sales, customer service, marketing, leadership, legal, risks, digital strategy, hr, etc., mentors will assist participants in achieving their business goals, support participants with the development of their business strategy and plans.
In the Incubation Package, participants are allocated their own dedicated mentor who will nurture and guide participants throughout the program with at least monthly one-on-one mentoring sessions.
experienced coaches will also challenge participants with structured activities and set agreed outcomes, help them achieve their desired outcomes.
• Final and Awards November 2021 - December 2021
After submitting their improved business plans, mentors and investors will vote for the First Prize, Second
one and the Third winners according to the criteria.
Investors will choose the winners of NECSA to inject capital into them, assist the winners to startup or grow their business more smoothly.
