Children come from hardship are trained for survival, not life sustainability.
As adults, they lived and expect others to live the same. They themselves recreate the system that overworked them. And their lives repeat through their children's.
Change that by first seeing what was no longer relevant, and rebuild a self for the life of this moment.

We often find ourselves swamped in life rather than living it.

Have you ever ask yourself what else after 100 years? By then everything that's wvee matter to us- our family, friends, possessions... Probably wouldn't matter anymore.

A reminder for the new year to not forget to take good care of the most important thing that make life matter: Yourself.

You are like that plant, need to be nurtured, loved and cared for to be happy.

Hello my big family, I have been too busy and haven't post for a long time.
Today is a special day, I would like to share an amazing news with everyone: My business "REINVENT YOURSELF WITH QUYEN" got nominated for South Australia Community Award. 🎉🎉🎉
With gratitude, I would like to say thank you for this honour.
This wasn't an easy journey but it all worth it. I started this because I went through a time when I realised how much childhood traumas and cultural conditioning affect one as an adult.
I am deeply grateful for everything that I've been through to become the person I am today, and I am still reinventing myself- every moment- I still trying to see what's in me.
I have witnessed the miracle happened for me , NOW I WANT THE SAME FOR YOU AND MORE.
I wish to always improving myself to be able to contribute better service.
