💜 2025 what a year.
The year of the shed.

Embracing the Chinese zodiac year of the 🐍 Snake wholeheartedly because truly, when is there not room to grow? This is life. Shedding and renewal aren’t one-off moments; they’re constant. Seen in nature, mirrored in us. If we’re not evolving, we’re staying stuck.

This year was about allowing the pain to dissolve. Letting the past, outdated versions of myself, and anything that no longer deserved my time or energy gently fade away. Releasing patterns I was finally ready to break. Deep transformation doesn’t always look pretty but it’s always purposeful.

I feel so good stepping into a new calendar year, not just because it’s suppose to be a fresh start but because this version of me is different. Carrying lessons that can’t always be taught only felt through lived experience.

So grateful for the memories, the growth of my business Magic In Every Day Yoga & Wellness, the privilege of travel, and welcoming our beautiful little puppy Diego into our family a life-changing love 🐶✨

It’s not about what I achieved on paper, or what showed up on Instagram.
It’s about what I achieved in my heart and mind.

And for that… I am deeply grateful 💕✨

I ponder in thought and come to realise that forgiveness is never a one-time act. For any situation, it asks us to forgive again and again through every new version of ourselves, both past and present. And the same must be offered to others, as they too evolve through their own becoming..

The depth you must reach to access deep-seated forgiveness is no small journey.
To take the pain once felt from those who hurt you, ridiculed you, wasted your time, betrayed your trust, took credit for your ideas or didnt care to celebrate your special moments.
and can alchemize those extreme emotions into gratitude…

Gratitude for being shown the polarity of love and pain.
For being taught strength through contrast.
For learning who you are in the face of what you are not.

This is the work. This is the healing. This is power.

Meet Diego! 🤍🐾🐶🫶🏼
Our newest little love has joined the family and he’s already stealing hearts. 🥹✨

Diego is playful, cuddly, and the perfect little assistant! We’ve been doing puppy yoga together, and he’s been sharing extra love during beauty appointments too. 💆🏻‍♀️🐶 So don’t be surprised if you’re greeted with a wagging tail and puppy kisses next time you visit.

We’re absolutely smitten. 😍
