✨ MEET CAITLIN ✨
Caitlin is a passionate and dedicated speech pathologist who loves helping individuals find their own voice 🗣️💛 She has a special interest in AAC and says there is nothing better than seeing someone’s face light up when they realise they can finally be understood 🥹✨

She also supports speech sounds language literacy and feeding and brings so much warmth creativity and care into every session 🌈📚

Outside of work Caitlin is completely obsessed with her sassy cat Olive 🐾👑 loves discovering new food spots 🍜☕ and has recently fallen back in love with reading 📖🤍

We are so lucky to have her on our team 🫶✨

🌟🤩She’s back and we couldn’t be happier! 🤩🌟

We are beyond excited to welcome our Senior Speech Pathologist, Monica, back from maternity leave!

Not only have we missed her wealth of knowledge and passion for learning, but also her caring nature, calm presence and the way she uplifts everyone around her. Monica brings so much heart, expertise and dedication to our team- and to every family she supports. 💛

Monica holds a Diploma in Auslan 🤟 and is passionate about supporting the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, as well as all things AAC. She loves empowering families through parent coaching and bringing confidence to every communication journey. ✨

Outside of work you’ll catch her op-shopping for hidden treasures, relaxing with a paint-by-numbers set, or enjoying good food with friends. She’s also a proud new mum and dog-mum to her pup, Fish! 🐶

We are so thrilled to have her back at Chat Well, our team and families already feel the positive difference! 🌟

At Chat Well, our speech pathology team loves supporting children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). 💛

Kids with CAS know exactly what they want to say- their brain just needs extra support planning the movements for clear speech. 🧠➡️👄

Through motor-based practice, meaningful words, and lots of positive, play-filled repetition, we help build confident, functional communication skills. ✨

🌟 Meet Ebony! 🌟

Ebony is one of our incredible Speech Pathologists here at Well Allied Health, she’s also a mentor and autism diagnostician who’s passionate about neurodiversity and helping people find and use their unique voice 💬✨

With a background in psychology, Ebony loves supporting people to understand their communication preferences and styles, build confidence in social communication and express their thoughts, feelings and emotions. 💛

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her soaking up time with her two adorable pups, Chilli and Mango 🐶🐶, exploring new restaurants, travelling, or enjoying the beach, mountains, and her new running hobby 🏃‍♀️🌊

We’re so lucky to have Ebony on the team, she brings warmth, expertise, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does 💫
