We currently have support capacity on Fridays and fortnightly Saturdays in metropolitan Adelaide!

Fridays: 06:00AM-12:00PM, 4PM-12:00AM

Fortnightly Saturdays: All Day

Friday support availability is perfect for a helping hand with the kids' morning and after school routines with time for play, homework or settling down, or helping you navigate your daily routine around work, recreation and care.

Fortnightly Saturday availability is perfect for those fun adventures, a quiet coffee with cake and a relaxed chat or an energetic night out in town.

Today was an amazing opportunity to help a client with the social support necessary to enable self-empowered shopping, cleaning, cooking and hygienic storage of two-weeks worth of meal preparation as devised by their nutritionist. This client has been smashing their body composition goals and feeling better with each week that passes.

We are not qualified nutritionists, but we can help support many of the elements of a successful meal plan as devised by a qualified dietitian or nutritionist.

Today was an amazing day assisting a client with the emotional toll of keeping track of daily expenses and helping them with the social support necessary to get in touch with a financial counsellor, debtees and banks to discuss options for a brighter future.

We are not financial counsellors and cannot provide financial advice, but we can assist with the tools to ensure smooth sailing when it comes to daily money management (eg. disability awareness cards, easy-to-fill personal expense templates, assistance with understanding written communications) and friendly assistance communicating client needs with plan managers, coordinators, and financial counsellors.
