As we reflect on the year that’s been, we want to thank our participants, families and support workers for the trust, care and connection we’ve shared. It’s been a privilege to walk alongside you and support meaningful, independent living.

Holidays can easily disrupt daily routines - meal times change, therapy pauses, sleep is impacted and schedules can become unpredictable. For many participants, these shifts can increase stress, overwhelm, or impact progress.

That’s why it’s important to use your NDIS funding strategically during this time to keep things as steady and supported as possible.Here’s how:

✅ Extra support hours to continue therapy sessions�Maintaining regular therapy keeps momentum going, supports skill development, and prevents regression that can happen after long breaks.

✅ Assistance with meal prep or medication reminders�With busy days and changing environments, having support ensures essential health routines stay on track - reducing anxiety and promoting wellbeing.

We're proud to stand alongside the Cancer Prevention and Support Association and their Adelaide Adelaide Giants Baseball Game. We're excited to be attending the game - it will be such a wonderful opportunity to support a cause close to our hearts and hear from the families who have been directly impacted by their services in 2025.

Their story is a powerful reminder of how much support matters when someone is travelling for cancer treatment - especially at this time of year, when many families face emotional, financial and physical pressures all at once.

CPSA does incredible work in our community by:
✨ Providing free accommodation for regional families travelling to Adelaide for treatment
✨ Offering vehicles, respite stays, and essential supports to ease the treatment journey
✨ Promoting early detection and cancer prevention education across the community

This kind of support makes a life-changing difference, and we want to help ensure CPSA can continue doing what they do best.

In this inspiring episode of Dialled Minds Podcast, Josh sits down with Elevated Living client Andriana Petrakis - a passionate tennis player, coach, and advocate who’s using her love of sport to empower others with intellectual disabilities.

Diagnosed with autism at a young age, Andriana first picked up a tennis racquet when her parents turned to sport to help her build confidence. More than a decade later, she’s represented Australia at the 2023 Virtus Global Games, earned the title of Tennis SA's Most Outstanding Athlete with a Disability, and is now mentoring others through Tennis SA’s Pathway Program.

Currently ranked #5 in the world and #1 in Australia for women’s singles in the Intellectual Disability category, Andriana shares her incredible journey of self-belief, resilience, and joy - proving that with the right mindset, barriers can become breakthroughs.
