We loved meeting so many passionate students, sharing tips, answering questions, and chatting about graduate roles at Better Rehab. Shout out to our awesome team: Alison King (National Clinical Lead, Speechie), Katelyn Nicholls (Speechie), Skye-Anne Lynch (OT), and Victoria Simpkins (Talent Coordinator).

Matt Ernst (Speechie and Regional Manager) ran mock interviews to build students’ confidence, while Todd Bartholomew (National Clinical Lead, Physio and EP) joined the employer panel to share inspiring insights on life as a community NDIS clinician.

We can’t wait to see the budding clinicians make a real difference out there!

Thank you ACU North Sydney for a fantastic Allied Health Careers Night! 🙌

Our team had a great time connecting with students and faculty talking about all things allied health career, especially why community is such a good setting to practice clinical work. Clinical Leads Faye Buckton (OT), Tiff Haynes (Speechie), and Danielle Antonio (Physio) enjoyed running mock interviews, sharing tips on the real work, and helping students feel more confident exploring graduate roles.

Better Rehab Regional Manager Kahli Hawke, who is also a brilliant ACU alumna, shared her journey on the rewards of pursuing an OT career in the NDIS space, from graduation to becoming a leader in in the industry. 💜
