We understand life happens 😣, but if you can’t make it, please remember to cancel your spot as soon as you can (no less than 3 hours before practice) - it really helps someone else enjoy their practice and keeps everyone happy and flowing.

We’ve noticed our Sunday 8am class has been a little sleepy lately (totally understandable – it is winter after all, and those blankets are hard to leave 🥶🛏️).

So we’re thinking… maybe it’s time for a little refresh?
