300 classes… Jacqui, you absolute legend! WoooOOoo

Our very first member to join the 300 Wolf Pack Club 🐺✨ and honestly, we couldn’t think of a more deserving human.

Since joining us in late 2024, Jacqui has been so much more than just a member. She’s a friend, a familiar early morning face, and a huge part of the ❤️ of our community. A proud member of the early bird wolf pack, she shows up almost every single day of the week.

And in true Jacqui style… she glides through the doors about 2 minutes before class starts, arms full of bags (honestly, what’s even in there?! snacks? a full survival kit? 😂) and somehow still makes it to her mat like it’s all part of the plan. 🦄

She’s used her practice not just to move her body, but to support some incredible personal goals too, including preparing for her hike of the Overland Track in Tassie (how amazing is that?! ).

Jacqui, it’s been such a joy sharing all those early mornings with you. Watching your commitment, your strength, and your growth has been truly inspiring.

Thank you for choosing us, for being part of our little space, and for walking this journey alongside us. We’re so lucky to have you in the pack 🤍

We’ve had so many new friends lately… so if you’re not quite sure where to start, this one’s for you!

WELCOME TO OUR WOLF PACK 🤍
We’re so happy you’re here.

If you’re new to yoga or Pilates, ease in with our unheated classes (Hatha, Flow & Glow, Yin, Yoga Blend) or gentler heated options like Slow Flow or Mat Pilates.

This is a judgement-free, ego-free space — move at your own pace, rest when you need, and know we’re always here for a chat. We want you to feel comfy, safe, and completely at home.

A few little things to know:
Wear something stretchy & comfy
Stay hydrated + avoid big meals before class
BYO water bottle (no glass please)
Bring a towel… it gets a little spicy 🌶️
Doors open 15 mins before, lock right on time (don’t be late or miss out 😞)
No phones in the studio — just your body, water bottle and towel needed for a fun time.

Shared bathrooms + change area available (no showers).

Most importantly… show up, do your best, and feel proud of yourself.

Happy (almost) Sunday, beautiful friends 🌸

A gentle reminder to slow it down this Sunday… your body and mind have been carrying you all week.

Self-care doesn’t need to be complicated. Sometimes it’s just carving out a few quiet minutes to move, breathe, and come back to yourself.

Try this:
✨ 5 slow, deep breaths—in through the nose, out through the mouth
✨ A gentle stretch for the neck + shoulders (you’ll feel that one)
✨ Legs up the wall for a few minutes to fully reset

It’s simple, but powerful.

Join us tomorrow for Yoga Blend (8am) or Ground & Glow — breathwork + yin (9:15am) with Jess.

What extra special week it has been… 🤍

One of the greatest joys and achievements of having this little studio is, without a doubt, the community that fills it and has become family to me. The kindness, the connection, the beautiful humans — I feel it every single day, and I’m soooo so grateful.

A big thank you to our lovely Olivia for the most stunning native flowers before her move to New Zealand 🌿 Some tears were shed 😭
We’ve absolutely loved sharing space with you and your gorgeous energy. Wishing you the most amazing adventure ahead (and we’ll be counting down the days until your visits back!)

After a few chats about lack of sleep, our beautiful Lara surprised me with some dreamy sleepy-time goodies 😴 honestly, how thoughtful is that 🥰

And to Kat! fresh produce straight from your garden 🥹 the love in that kind of gift is something else. We adore you.

It never goes unnoticed, the care you all show us and each other. It’s such a privilege to guide you through your yoga and Pilates practices, and even more special to simply share the space and your journeys together.

As we come up to our second birthday, my heart is so full. Thank you for being part of this, for growing with us, and for choosing US 🤍

So… what’s the deal with Yin Yoga? 🤍

It might look like we’re just lying around, but Yin is where the magic really happens. We hold gentle, floor-based poses for a few minutes at a time, working deep into the connective tissues (not just muscles) to create space, release tension, and seriously slow things down. It’s like a big hug for your soul.

It’s rooted in Taoist philosophy and the idea of Yin and Yang - balancing all the busy, fast, go-go-go (yang) energy in our lives with something softer, quieter, and more still (yin).
And it’s not just for chill days - even athletes like LeBron James are all about it for recovery, mobility, and staying in the game longer.

It’s also a deeply meditative practice - a chance to step out of the noise, slow the thoughts, and just be for a little while.

Basically… if life feels a bit full-on, Yin might be exactly what you need.

Because stillness? Kinda underrated 🤍
