The Emotional Body Workshop
Monday night 14 participants attended the Emotional Body Workshop hosted by Sophia Breust of Muscle Sense. Sophia delivered a fascinating presentation on how we can encourage our clients to recognise where they are holding emotions in their body and a 3 step method to help move them on. All participants were able to actively engage & try this process on each other & were amazed by the powerful results they were able to achieve.

Anatomy Wet Lab - 2025

The Wet Lab is available for graduate therapists and all massage therapy students to attend. This is a fantastic, educational opportunity to see what lies beneath the skin and get a better understanding of what we are working with below the surface.

This year we have secured a fantastic presenter, who we have had previously, who absolutely targets the information provided specific to the scope of massage therapy.
