The world seems to be going crazy. Politics, religion, hate, divide, destruction.

It’s not just in other countries, it’s here on our home soil as well. More so now than ever.

I realized that the past few years of my life have very much been about self - I needed it and at some points I barely had capacity to get through my own life. But there comes a point where there needs to be something greater.

We are not separate.

The world needs us right now. The people need us. The planet needs us.

Now is not the time to be apathetic. To think it doesn’t concern me, because if you look close enough, you’ll find that it does.

Small things make all the difference. And it starts by how you live your life. How you show up. Whether or not you live from love or are you buying into the fear, hate and divide.

Change does start with self. And then it grows from there.

Womb massage 🌹

1.5hrs of sacred touch and healing. Inviting the feminine body to soften; to receive; and to remember.

The womb massage includes touch to the lower back and sacrum, glutes, abdomen, and womb. These sessions encourage energy flow or Qi through the feminine body which can promote hormone regulation, increased blood circulation to the uterus and womb (which can help break down scar tissue) and improved digestion.

Following the massage, you will be wrapped in Mexican Rebozo cloth, creating a womb like experience where you can welcome back all parts of yourself. During this time I will play the shamanic drum, which supports you to move into the theta brainwave space, encouraging deep rest and healing.

Sessions available on Thursdays and weekends from my home-based space in SA for $150.

Hypnosis healing sessions 🌀

A re-introduction. This is my signature session and one that I actually changed the name of in 2025, but it didn’t feel right.

While there are various modalities that may be used in this session, hypnosis is the key. Not the clinical type where you listen to me read a script - but the type where you are guided inward while in trance.

From there, your soul knows the way.

During a session, there are many ways I can help you relax into the trance like state - this is simply a meditative state.

Once relaxed, you are able to bypass your thinking mind and access memories, emotions, and ‘gold nuggets’ of information that is needed for the next part of your journey.

These sessions can be used to work on something specific - or you may choose to be guided by your body/soul. While in trance, you are often taken exactly where you need to go.

Sessions are available in person from my home based studio in Woodville North SA. Or online via zoom - which work just as well as long as you can hear me clearly.

2026 has started very differently for me.
Intentionally softer.
Slower.
Not forcing anything new.
Creating space for creativity.
Rest.
Nature.
Less consuming social media.
More presence.

And it feels good.

It feels like I’m preparing for the momentum of the year ahead.
Readying myself through rest.
Rather than force or control.

The feminine listens to her seasons and cycles. Only then can she bloom when the time is right 🌹

Writing this current book - a story of love and healing - has in itself been a very healing and deeply uncomfortable process at times.

Many of the reflections of the female protagonist are my own.

The woman who, even while in a relationship, was the one who had to hold it together all the time. The one who grew so weary and tired from life - that she eventually had nothing left to give to anyone, including herself.

But she is also the woman who knew there must be another way. And it started by taking ownership of her part and how she showed up.

The book goes on to highlight a conscious love story. Not a fairy tale - but one based on devotion, trust, respect, and owning your s**t. A relationship that can only be built from love - rather than need.

And no, one yet to experience that part of the story. Which also has brought up more layers for me. But, writing it has also confirmed what I know.

What we call love is changing. Relationships are changing. I’m here for all of it 🤍
