Every woman I know has a story or more they cannot forget - where they have been taken advantage of. But most will downplay it - because it’s so common.

Hyper vigilance is required at all times - and it’s often unconscious. Because again it’s so common.

This is the underbelly of the masculine shadow being exposed. Finally.

Don’t look away. This is how change is created.

After having kids, I thought my body was broken.

No desire.
No libido.
No flow.

She was completely dry and lifeless.

Turns out, not listening to her for over 30 years can do that 🫠

The feminine led me to explore the womb, hips, pelvis and p^ssy. Parts of the feminine body that are either shamed, ignored, or sexualised in a way that holds no reverence for woman.

A sovereign woman knows that Eros is a key component of the feminine. She is the wild feminine. She is the woman who has undone the domestication of society to reclaim pleasure and aliveness as part of her birthright.

I learnt that where there is most resistance in self (to explore), there is the most reward.

The medicine path towards love has been quite the journey. And i know many other women who have been walking this path as well.

Undoing patterns and cycles.
Learning to love yourself.
Healing your connection with men and the masculine.
Remembering the feminine within.
Reconnecting to your heart and soul.

And there comes a time where it feels like there is a test of alignment.
Do you really want this?
What do you want?
And what are you willing to do/be to receive this type of love?
Are you willing to hold faith and keep going even when you can’t see the path ahead?

This isn’t just about love. This is about coming home to myself.

And so I continue to become the woman that can receive and hold this type of man. Because he deserves that from me in return.
