Honestly… sometimes the best reset is just getting outside 🌿
Today support worker Trish & participant headed to Punchbowl Lookout for a relaxed walk 😌 fresh air, sunshine, easy chats and taking things at our own pace.
Nature walks can do a lot: lower stress, lift mood, help focus and build confidence being out in the community… without it feeling like a big task.
Just showing up, moving our bodies and celebrating the small wins, one day at a time ✨
