A great turnout at the workshop today. Thanks to Sophie for her assistance, The Physio Studio for the fantastic venue - the gym space was perfect, Trouble and Strife for the morning refreshments, and Fleurieu Bites Cafe for satisfying the nutritional requirements with a tasty food spread!! And a bigger thanks to the participants, you made the day - Alison, Karli, Taylah, Steve, Ashley, Ed, Lachlan, Tayla, Jordan, Anthony, Hayden, Emily, Jakson, Jordan and Ken!
