Bindy’s mission as a mindset and relationship coach is to guide people toward unlocking their unlimited potential.

As an ex-CEO, experienced business leader, coach and communications professional, she utilises all of her skills and experience to support people to get to where they want to be. Everyone deserves to live a life of true abundance.

Bindy is also the co-founder of Steps to Connect, a face-to-face teaching course for neurodivergent adults. Steps to Connect provides practical guidance, strategies, and real-life opportunities to explore communication and relationships in a way that feels safe, simple, and achievable.

Her own personal story was a series of whoopsies when it came to intimate relationships and her own self-love. She fell into unhealthy relationships and stayed, even when things weren't going so well. It was over seven years ago that she hit relationship rock bottom and knew she would never be happy repeating the same cycle.

Over the months and years to follow, she grew to understand the unconscious patterns she had developed and the limiting beliefs she had placed on herself. Her own coach gave her the tools she needed to discover herself and how to communicate her needs within relationships.

This experience fuelled her to change her life and help others find their worth and enter relationships they may not have believed possible. Her unique mix of skills will help you gain the awareness, tools, and ‘a-ha’ moments you need to step into a life where you can truly be your best self.

Bindy also leads international wellness retreats, creating space for people to step away from the day-to-day, deepen their self-discovery, and return home recharged and transformed. She is grateful to be trusted as part of so many people’s journeys.

I currently have availability for FCA reports - Adelaide metro or Telehealth. Currently turnaround time for finished report is 2-3 weeks.

I have written FCA reports for different psychosocial conditions including, DID, BPD, C-PTSD, PTSD, Autism and AuDHD for ages 5-65 and course complex situations with multiple disabilities and conditions.

What makes my FCA reports different/interaction with me different?

I am neuro-affirming, gender-affirming and overall, just want a participant to feel comfortable in their experience with me. Being ND myself - I really want to make sure I walk away and they've found the whole experience useful and supportive not feeling worse off which sadly happens a lot.

I work very well in complex situations where it may be hard to gather the information due to the complexity of the participant/family situation/environment.

I want to change the narrative and experience for participants, so they feel safe in the delivery of their information to me, safe in their experience of their contact with me from initial appt scheduling to end of report completion so they are able to feel like their report truly reflects their needs.

I have had great success for participants I've worked with especially with complex lives and situations to getting the funding recommended in my reports - which is what drives my passion for what I do!

Recommendations are a collaboration, and I want to make sure a participant walks away from out appointment feeling like they have been comfortable with the process - even those boring questionnaires which can be hard to complete!

I can provide telehealth options and have connected with participants over telehealth and written their FCA reports. If you have any further questions as to how this works feel free to get in contact with me contactus@sswcsadelaide.com

I don't currently have a referral form as I am currently editing my website and it's not up yet - but if you have a referral please email me at contactus@sswcsadelaide.com and I will be in touch!

Have a lovely day!
