Did you ever wonder if anger is a good emotion?
Most of us were taught that anger is destructive. Something to manage, regulate, move through as quickly as possible.
But look at history honestly.
Gandhi's fight for independence. Aung San Suu Kyi's fight for democracy in Myanmar.
The greatest transformations in human history have almost always had anger at their root- not expressed as destruction, but converted.
Directed. Channelled into something that changed the world.
April 2005. I was living inside the loop of why did this happen to me.
Loss at three. Abuse from someone I loved. Building everything alone while other young women my age had parents buying their clothes and home food on the table.
One night something shifted.
I stopped asking why. I got angry in the right direction.
And I burned every bridge behind me.
That decision - rooted in anger, directed toward construction - changed everything.
