Clavicle fractures, account for 10% of all fractures! They’re often the result of falls onto an out-stretched hand or the shoulder.

They're prevalent in childhood, but also tend to affect young sports people and seniors. Surgery may be indicated for severe cases of clavicle fractures, such as those with neurovascular compromise, open fractures, or significant displacement. However, many fractures can be managed conservatively, and chiropractic care can play a valuable role in both conservative treatment and post-surgical recovery.
