A new year, 2025, has begun. A quiet yet profound energy brings various images to my mind. One of the most striking dreams I had at the start of the year was about an unexpected job opportunity coming my way.

During my first meditation before work, the number 24 appeared, symbolising new connections and opportunities.

Last year was a year of acceptance; this year will be about refining my intuition. I will continue to cherish my daily practice and stay dedicated to my path. 🙏✨

2025年と言う新たな年がスタートしました。静かな深いエネルギーが、さまざまなイメージを運んできます。年始に見た夢で印象的だったのは、予期していない仕事が舞い込んだと言う夢でした。

また、年始の1番初めの仕事前の瞑想中に見えた24の数字が新しい縁を運んできてくれました。

去年は受け入れる年、今年は直感を磨いていく年。また日々の積み重ねを大切に精進していきます。

Learning Zen Thai Shiatsu Massage has been a transformative experience, taking me back to my 20s. After returning from a one-year working holiday in Australia, my mind felt open, and I was filled with energy to explore new possibilities.

At that time, I came across an opportunity to work as a Thai massage therapist in Japan. It felt like fate. Encouraged by my employer, I traveled to Chiang Mai, in northern Thailand, to learn traditional Thai massage.

The experience was vibrant and inspiring. I immersed myself in the practice, surrounded by unique individuals who shared the same passion for bodywork. It was a time of deep devotion and growth.

Fast forward to today, learning Zen Thai Shiatsu Massage has reconnected me with the essence of my journey—my first conscious touch with others. That touch is warm, peaceful, and filled with love.

After years and years of practice as a therapist, I’ve come to realise that this mindset is essential. Every touch is an opportunity to learn and grow, a lesson I strive never to forget.

Bodywork is not just my job—it’s my passion and my life. I am deeply grateful to my teachers and friends who have guided me along the way. Zen Thai Shiatsu Massage has expanded my perspective with its dynamic movements and fluidity, pushing me out of my comfort zone and showing me the beauty of unity.
