We also had some celebrations and fun moments this week! We said "good luck" to our placement student who has finished their placement, and to mark the occasion, we had a high tea. 🌿 THE FIG TREES ARE HIRING 🌿

We are currently looking for a permanent full-time and a part-time Client Service Coordinators to join our Team working in our West Adelaide office.

Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or equivalent DHS Disability Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- COVID Vaccination including booster
- Own your own car and have Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance.
- Holder of social work, mental health, community services or other allied health professions preferred
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization may be strongly desired
- Experience in working with NDIS participants with complex support needs and in community networking preferred
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of - NDIS participants and stakeholders, including people living with a disability, cultural diversity and language other than English

Your Responsibilities and Duties
- Responding to phone calls and emails from clients, team members, internal and external stakeholders.
Intake clients and respond to client’s requests or service requests from referrers
- Coordinate with clients and clients’ support teams, including referrers to develop and maintain appropriate service contract and support plan for individual clients
- Compile and maintains records on client accounts
- Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organisation to provide solutions
- Escalate complaints to relevant departments
- Liaise with in-house teams to adjust service offerings and assess related costs

This week in our weekly cooking group, we rolled up our sleeves and got creative in the kitchen with homemade sausage rolls! 🌭✨

Everyone had a great time mixing, rolling, and baking. The results were absolutely delicious. It was fantastic to see participants working together, learning new kitchen skills, and most importantly, having fun and building confidence!

School Holiday Group Activities Recap! 🍂🌟

What a great school holiday break we’ve had! Our clients had the chance to build new skills, try new things, explore and connect with others in a fun and supportive environment.

We got creative with Easter arts and crafts, had lots of laughs during bowling and mini golf, and enjoyed making our own pizzas together.

Thanks to everyone who joined us. We’re already looking forward to the next school holidays!
