WellFest Adelaide is coming to the Adelaide City Libraries this weekend and we are pleased to be welcoming back nutritionist and dietitian Rebecca Greco from Nourish Adelaide in our centres.

🍎 On Saturday 7 October come along to the Hutt Street Library for Good Mood Food from 10:00am. In this session Rebecca will explain how some foods and eating patterns can improve our mood and overall wellbeing, learn about the fascinating world of gut health and good mood food facts, and take away some tools to nourish yourself for positive ageing and wellbeing.

🍎 On Sunday 8 October at the City Library from 12:00pm, we will get together to discuss Nutrition for Better Bone and Muscle Health. We know prevention is better than cure and this is the case for osteoporosis and sarcopenia - two prevalent conditions in Australia. You will leave this program feeling equipped with practical strategies to improve your bone and muscle health simply and effectively.
