Looking Back on the Journey 💚💜
It’s incredible to look through these old photos and remember where it all began. Watson Care started as nothing more than a dream, just an idea in our heads and a deep desire in our hearts to make a real difference in people’s lives.
We began with the basics: choosing a name, registering the business, and getting a logo designed, thanks to a close friend who believed in us enough to do it for free. In those early days, we took on anything we could - small jobs here and there, $50 at a time, just to keep the lights on and the dream alive.
There were plenty of sleepless nights, doubts, and tough decisions. But we had love at home, faith in the mission, and a vision that kept us going. And then, like a sign we were on the right path, we secured our very first 12-month agreement. That was the moment everything changed - the moment Watson Care truly began to take shape.
Since then, we’ve come so far. We got our first trailer, a symbol of how mobile and responsive we’ve become in serving our clients. We’ve grown our team, expanded our services interstate to Melbourne, and had the incredible opportunity to give back, even beyond Australia. One of the proudest moments of our journey has been supporting charity initiatives in Bali - extending care and compassion to communities in need overseas.
These photos show the real journey: the small wins, the big milestones, and everything in between. They remind us how far we’ve come, not just in business, but in purpose. Through it all, we’ve stayed true to what we set out to do: provide care that’s compassionate, reliable, and truly centred on the person.
