🎉 We’ve turned 5!

From a simple dream to a thriving space of care and connection. It’s hard to believe that just five years ago, none of this existed. Today, we’re proud to offer two dedicated hydrotherapy pools, a state-of-the-art gym, a specialised paediatric gym, and a beautiful reformer Pilates studio.

None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our amazing clients, passionate team, and the incredible community we’re so lucky to be part of.

Catherine is a Senior Occupational Therapist, she has a range of experience in paediatrics, disability, education, aged care and acute and community health, but working in paediatrics is her passion.

She loves working with children and their families to build their capacity and believes strongly in the power of fun and play to help children grow and learn.

Last Friday we said goodbye to our incredible EP Clinical lead Fiona!

We will miss her immensely as she moves into her next role. Fiona has been instrumental in building our amazing EP team over the last 3 years, starting with just 1 EP and growing the team to now 12! We wish her luck in her future endeavours.

💛 Mums & Bubs Pilates – Starting Soon! 💛

Welcome to your new community—a safe, supportive space where new mums can gently reconnect with their bodies post-birth, with baby by their side.

Our Mums & Bubs sessions begin Monday 30th July at 10:30am, designed to help you regain strength, move confidently, and connect with others on a similar journey.

👶 Eligibility: Babies must not be crawling yet or must be content in a pram or capsule. Bring a mat or pram for bub to relax on—our caring staff are happy to help resettle little ones if needed.

✨ FREE Initial Assessment (for the first 3 months!) with our Exercise Physiologist, who will ensure you’re safe and ready to begin moving again post-birth.

Initial assessment required before joining.
