We’re not starting with Pilates.
We’re not starting with runs.
We’re starting with real life.
We're starting with our nervous system first.
Running businesses. Running households. Raising humans in 2026… which somehow comes with 15,897 activities, endless dinners, notifications, and this quiet expectation that we put ourselves dead last and don’t talk about it.
Yeah… that doesn’t fly with us. If you have sat with us in mums groups or any gathering you know we are honest an not afraid to talk about the hard stuff.
So instead of adding more pressure on our bodies, our first goal has been to reduce it.
This week looked like slowing down.
A restorative / yin session.
Actually stopping for a moment.
Breathing.
Walking.
Letting the tension we’ve been carrying finally soften.
We walked.
We checked in with each other daily.
We celebrated the wins (even the tiny ones).
And laughed at the fails… because there were plenty.
Because this isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being real.
And creating something sustainable in the middle of a very full life.
