There’s this weight I've be carrying. A worry that won’t switch off. Nights spent replaying “what ifs” and mornings wondering how to stay grounded.

It’s strange... feeling completely out of control over something so close, someone I love deeply. All you can do is breathe, keep showing up, and hope that love and presence are enough to carry you through... to give them strength.

Some days it feels heavy. Other days, it’s just a quiet, steady determination to be there, even when the fear is loud.

For anyone else feeling this kind of worry... know that you’re not alone.
Feeling this deeply isn’t weakness. It’s proof that you care.

Ten… Aft-er-Paysssss.

Because suddenly your brain goes,
“Wait… did I forget someone?”
And next minute you’re buying extra presents no one asked for, just to quiet that anxious feeling in your chest.

That’s not generosity.. that’s anxiety trying to keep you safe.
Trying to avoid guilt.
Trying to avoid awkwardness.
Trying to avoid the feeling of “not being enough.”

And honestly?
A lot of people are feeling that right now.
