- According to Ayurveda, bajra roti (pearl millet flatbread) is considered heavy, heating, and grounding, making it ideal for specific seasons and body types.✅ Best Season to Eat Bajra Roti (Pearl Millet Flatbread):Winter (Shishir Ritu / Hemant Ritu):Ideal Season: Because bajra is heating in nature, it helps to balance Vata dosha, which increases during cold and dry winters.Supports digestion: In winter, agni (digestive fire) is strongest, so the body can digest heavier grains like bajra.Keeps body warm and provides strength and stamina.❌ Avoid in These Seasons:Summer (Grishma Ritu):Bajra generates heat and may cause pitta aggravation, leading to issues like acidity, heat rashes, or loose motions in some individuals.🌿 Best Time to Eat (During the Day):Lunch (Midday):Digestive fire is strongest around noon, which helps in proper digestion of this heavy grain.Avoid at Night: Unless you have very strong digestion and it's winter. It can cause bloating if digestion is weak.🔹 Best Pairings According to Ayurveda:Ghee or white butter: Balances the dryness and heaviness of bajra.Jaggery: Helps with digestion and enhances taste.Vegetables like spinach, methi (fenugreek), or seasonal root veggies.

Prakruti Assessment / Dosha Assessment- (Order online or book an appointment)
Prakruti assessment is a fundamental concept in Ayurveda. Prakruti refers to an individual's unique constitution or inherent nature, which is determined at the time of conception and remains unchanged throughout their life. Prakruti assessment involves evaluating various physical, mental, and emotional characteristics of an individual to determine their dominant doshas (bioenergetic forces) and overall constitution.
According to Ayurveda, there are three primary doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These doshas govern the physiological and psychological functions of the body and mind. Each person has a unique combination of these doshas, which determines their Prakruti. Prakruti assessment is typically performed by an Ayurvedic practitioner through a detailed evaluation of an individual's physical traits, such as body build, weight, skin type, hair type, and eye color. It also involves evaluating the person's physiological functions, mental characteristics, emotional tendencies, and lifestyle habits.
The process of Prakruti assessment may also include taking a detailed medical history, conducting a physical examination, and asking questions about the person's dietary preferences, sleep patterns, energy levels, stress levels, and emotional temperament. The information collected is then analyzed to determine the person's dominant doshas and their overall Prakruti.
Once the Prakruti is determined, an Ayurvedic practitioner can develop personalized recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies to help the individual maintain balance and promote optimal health. For example, if a person has a Vata-dominant Prakruti, they may be advised to follow a Vata-pacifying diet and lifestyle, which may include warm, nourishing foods, regular routines, and calming practices. Similarly, for a Pitta-dominant Prakruti, a cooling and calming approach may be recommended, while a Kapha-dominant Prakruti may require a more stimulating and invigorating regimen.
Prakruti assessment is an important aspect of Ayurveda, as it helps individuals understand their unique constitution and make lifestyle choices that promote balance and well-being.

you can get your Assessment by booking an appointment or answering the Questionnaire sent to you by email. after assessment you will receive ayurvedic diet plan, lifestyle which includes yoga and breathing techniques, which helps to maintain your inherent natural dosha balance.
