Practicing what we preach ☀️☀️

Dr Alison out in her break getting some vitamin D and practicing her posture pole exercise. In this exercise we aim to create extension in our thoracic spine, which commonly becomes rounded or flexed from prolonged sitting, as well as stretching through the chest- particularly the pec muscles.
