‘Do you have this much energy all the time?’ Absolutely not. This is me after 2 x Childcare Centre yoga classes this morning, gearing up for my next class this afternoon. Crashed on the couch with a giant mug of coffee, getting tapped on the head by my nearly 5 year old. Being ‘Dizzy Izzy’ has been one of my most colourful, fabulous and rewarding endeavours of my life. Witnessing teeny tiny humans engage with yoga in such a playful way is a delight. Behind the scenes is a lot of down time, and gazing into space allowing the chaos to settle before it all begins again. Thanks for joining me on the ride.

A happy selfie after a big filming session! On my day off I’ve been working on a Kids Yoga project for my YouTube channel. Slowly but surely putting all the parts together. I hope it will bring lots of joy to families with young children in their living rooms, school kids in classrooms, childcare centres and preschools.

Having a moment to celebrate my fabulous daughter and light of my life. We LOVE LOVE LOVE Play School. I honestly believe it is the greatest, and most enriching show on Earth. Tune in to on Monday 9th June 9am for the latest Play School series, ‘My Place, My Home’, you might catch a glimpse of my little one through the windows in Episode 1 🥰 The question is, what window will it be?
