👏🏻😀Personal Support Australia is excited to welcome our new National Operations and Business Development Manager Tommy Chenoweth to our team 🤩👏🏻

Tommy has spent the past seven years working in the disability sector, collaborating closely with people with disabilities, Support Coordinators, and Service Providers. This work is deeply personal to him, as he also has close family members living with disabilities. Over the years, he has held diverse roles across business development, project management, and operational leadership—but the common thread throughout has been his passion for leading and supporting incredible teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.

He is a strong believer in empowering people to live the lives they choose, and in creating environments where team members feel supported to make a meaningful impact. For him, it’s all about fostering a culture of care, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, he is happiest spending time with his family, travelling, or soaking up the sun at the beach—whether it’s surfing, fishing, or just enjoying the outdoors. He is also a keen sports fan, especially when it comes to AFL (go Port Adelaide!) and Formula 1 (cheering on McLaren and Oscar Piastri). Weekends you will often find him catching up on games or heading out on his motorbike for a ride.

Seeking the services of a Caucasian (choice and control) female to provide support to a beautiful lady residing in her own home in Para Hills West.

9 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday and Friday - all afternoon shifts.
Monday consists of housework
*vacuum, mop, dust, cleaning bathroom, change bed linen
Tuesday and Friday consists of ADL's
*shower, blow dry, brush and plait hair, engage socially

This lovely lady does have an indoor cat that is very friendly so if allergic or you don't like cats, this is not the position for you.
