I had the pleasure of attending a beautiful networking event focused on holistic wellness for kids—and what an inspiring space to be in.
I met amazing practitioners dedicated to helping children heal on every level—body, mind, and spirit. From energy workers and hypnotherapists to mindfulness coaches and kinesiologists, everyone shared the same heart-centred mission: to support kids in truly thriving.
