Our CEO shared a powerful reflection about their journey before founding Tibii.
They said that at 31, they had “made it” by society’s standards — a senior management role in a multinational company, living in different countries, travelling first class, and achieving fast success. But despite all of this, happiness was missing. Behind the achievements and titles, they had taken on so many “borrowed identities” that they lost touch with their true self. What remained was emptiness, and that realisation became a turning point.
“Our purpose and intention define the outcome and the impact of our progress,” our CEO said. In their past, progress driven by profit only led to pain. With Tibii, the foundation was set to be different — built on human rights, respect for diversity, and a commitment to improving quality of life.
From starting with no office, to growing into multiple offices with interstate operations and facilities, every milestone has been a reflection of this purpose. As our CEO reminded us, “True progress is not just about growth or success; it is about creating an impact that honours our purpose and keeps us human.”
