NovitaTech are excited to be creating purposeful play experiences around the South Australian community with Tover!
The Tovertafel is a special gaming system designed especially for people living with intellectual disability and dementia, who might find regular video games difficult due to cognitive challenges.
The Novita Community hub in Gawler has been using the Tovertafel over the last few months and the hub participants have been thrilled with the variety of interactive games they've had access to.
Senior support worker, Ki says, “our participants are happier to stay involved and be engaged because it’s so easy for them to access and navigate. They don't get bored by it, it's not difficult, and it's not something they get frustrated by.”
