Happy new years. Nothing like the feeling of relaxing in and soaking up some sunshine Here are some benefits of being in the sunlight:

I believe that access to clean, fresh water is fundamental to our health and wellbeing – and filtering your water ensures that this is achieved.

Most water filters remove some harmful chemicals and (perhaps) bacteria, which if consumed can cause diseases and general ill-health.

There are many other benefits of filtered water, including better taste, more cost-effective and environmentally-friendly when compared to buying bottled water.

The big reason for us that we see again and again is that, unlike tap water, people understand that times have changed and our water isn’t what it was. It’s a direct result of our industrial and pharmaceutical complex creating contaminants our forefathers could never even conceive of. And we DON’T know what these (over 1000) contaminants are doing to us.

So the top photo is sept 2023.

I am experimenting with a product to help return my natural hair colour.

But looking back on photos I remembered I was doing this experiment.

Took a photo today because my last hair appointment she asked if I would like to let some sparkle through. (Aka gray hair) I have noticed a few coming through. It’s been nearly 12 weeks and I’m due to head back in two weeks to go to the hairdressers.

I’d say there is a considerable difference in the amount of grays I had compared to now.

If you’re keen to know more send me a message. Not only does it help reverse greys. But amazing for sore stiff joints and many other things.

Consistency is the key. But it’s super simple to use too
