I am extremely passionate about colonic hydrotherapy, gut health, nutrition, anti ageing, skin & exercise and because of this I am constantly learning, reading ( I always have some kind of book or research papers attached to me lol), studying and researching anything and everything pertinent to gut health, nutrition and the amazing microbiome. I believe in striving to achieve holisitc health and well being. As a qualified Colonic Hydrotherapist, Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor plus a Dermal Therapist I have developed a deep and unique understanding of our individual need for balance and homeostasis.
